Site work for a civil project in Bay Shore, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Reference Number 0000424431 The work shall include but is not limited to the following: Demolition and legal disposal of debris Exterior surface preparation and application of coating system to standpipe Interior surface preparation and application of coating system to standpipe New sample piping, sample box, and support brackets Replacement of existing exterior ladder and ladder guard. Replacement of existing lower platform and installation of upper platform, stairs, and walkway. Replacement of existing roof guardrail. Replacement of existing roof pallet tank vent. Removal of existing cupola. Installation of roof plates with supports and 30" diameter bolted manway. Installation of new 36" diameter bolted manway at base of tank. Replacement of existing water pressure sensing line in tank. Replacement of SCADA antenna, support pole, wiring, and SCADA box brackets. This work includes relocation of existing SCADA equipment and associated electrical work and testing. Installation of three (3) tank temperature probes. Replacement of all tank anchor bolts. Miscellaneous renovations, additions and repairs. Installation of tank mixing system. Electrical work. Preparation of tank for filling including cleaning and disinfection. Site restoration work. As-Built drawings. Anniversary inspection. Two-year warranty for all work performed unless specified otherwise. Evidence of such agreements for both contractors and subcontractors, if any, must be submitted with the bid. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to bid.
