The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) seeks a Contractor to perform annual inspections and recommended annual preventive maintenance on approximately 206 overhead cranes and hoists at various WSSC facilities in Montgomery and Prince George's Counties, Maryland. The Contractor is required to thoroughly inspect the hoisting machinery, lubricate all components as needed, and, if necessary, perform emergency repairs to maintain proper operating conditions. Additional tasks may include oil changes for the cranes/hoists and conducting full-rated operational load tests on cranes and monorails in designated Chlorine Buildings. The Contractor must provide all supervision, labor, service trucks, materials (including oil and grease), tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary to complete the Contract according to specified prices and to the satisfaction of WSSC. Responses must be submitted via WSSC's eProcurement Portal prior to the deadline. Late responses will not be accepted.
