The Port of Pasco requests proposals to furnish labor, equipment, and material for the Tri Cities Airport East General Aviation Apron Crack Sealing Project. Proposals must be submitted by mail or by hand. Bidders must be on the Port’s Small Works Roster, with applications available from the Port's website and renewed every 2 years. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder or the bid judged to be in the best interest of the Port. The successful bidder must execute the agreement and provide required bonds and insurance within 10 days of award. Work is to begin within 10 days of contract execution and be completed within 45 calendar days. A pre-bid meeting and project site walk-through will be conducted. Proposals must be on the standard form, placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked, and must not include stipulations or qualifications. A certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for at least 5% of the base bid amount must accompany each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for four weeks after the bid date. Any discrepancies in bid figures will be resolved in favor of written words, correct sums, or unit prices as specified.
