Site work for a development in York, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
The project generally includes the removal of existing site materials; the installation of shrubs, perennial plantings, stone seat blocks, pea gravel trail system, signage; and general erosion and sediment control measures. Bid security in the form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted via PennBid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Telephone inquiries are unacceptable. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bidders must comply with all State antibid-rigging regulations pertaining to work associated with this project and will be required to submit an executed non-collusion affidavit with the bid. Bidders should refer to provisions of federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and preservation of public natural resources that affect the project. All public work contractors and subcontractors are required to utilize the Federal Government's E-Verify system. All Bidders are required to submit a Public Works Employment Verification Form as a precondition for the Contract Award. The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply. All bids shall be irrevocable for 60 days after the bid opening date. Businesses will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be subjected to discrimination. The successful bidder shall in no manner discriminate against or intimidate any employee. York County Industrial Development Authority reserves the right to waive any defects, accept any bid or combination of bids, and to reject any or all proposals. QA date - 5-22-2026 Question Submit Online. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
