The City of Foster City and EMID are requesting proposals and/or qualifications from consulting firms to provide on-call professional services for the Public Works Engineering Division. Services will be assigned on a task-order basis for capital projects and specialized needs under master on-call agreements, initially for 3 years with up to 2 optional extension years. Consulting firms may submit proposals for one or more of the following service areas: Civil Engineering, Construction Management & Inspection, Energy & Sustainability Planning, Environmental Services, Materials Testing, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Engineering, Surveying, Staff Augmentation, Structural Engineering, Traffic Engineering, and Water Resources Engineering. Separate submittals are required for each service area. All proposals must be submitted electronically.
