Replacement of 166 existing windows with fixed pane units. b. Replacement ofthree (3) existing single storefront doors with sidelights Replacement ofthe existing two (2) story storefront system on the northside ofthe breezeway. d. Replacement ofthe existing storefront system into the Courthouse courtyard. e. Replacement oftwo (2) 2-story fixed pane windows into Courthouse courtyard. f. Replacement of 2-story fixed pane windows on west wall. g. The Contractor shall abide by the installation ofthe window and door requirements provided by the manufacturer. h. The Contractor shall coordinate security termination for badge access doors with the County POC. Clarifications to questions posed by bidders during the site visit will be addressed via addendum issued no later than Thursday, May 21, 2026. Issuance of final addenda will take place on this date and will be issued via email.
