professional planning and development services to develop an overall development plan (ODP) certain city-owned parcels in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, known as the Stockbridge Campus. The ODP will involve existing conditions analysis, developing a community-informed vision for the properties, creating a framework for developing affordable/attainable housing, workforce housing, childcare, older adult services and multimodal transportation across the site. The ODP will serve as a master plan for the site allowing the City and partners to understand its opportunity for development, and feasibility thereof over time.
