The work consists of the construction/renovation of a Crisis Walk-In Center located at 1107 Lowry Ave., Jeannette, Pennsylvania. The project generally includes interior and exterior renovations of an approximately 4800 SF building and surrounding parking lot. Bidders must submit sealed bids, enclosed in an envelope clearly marked with the project name, the bidder's name and address, and relevant Pennsylvania contractor registration or license numbers. The project is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including Pennsylvania Public Works Contractor requirements, nondiscrimination and equal employment opportunity provisions, and applicable prevailing wage requirements. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, but the Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive minor informalities or irregularities, and to readvertise or abandon the project if deemed in the Owner's best interest.
