Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Buffalo, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project involves steel sheet pile seawall installation for broadside dock transient boaters, concrete promenade and steel framed concrete pedestrian pathway, installation of marina utility pedestals and pedestrian light bollards, rain garden improvements and landscaping, and coir log placement for wetland mitigation. Bidders are instructed to download bidding documents from the designated website and are encouraged to register as plan holders. All official notifications, addenda, and other related documents will be provided only through the designated website. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required, and technical questions should be submitted by the specified deadline. Technical questions shall be submitted on or before Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 5 pm ET
