Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Buffalo, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project includes the following Work: Steel sheet pile seawall installation for broadside dock transient boaters. Concrete promenade and steel framed concrete pedestrian pathway. Installation of marina utility pedestals and pedestrian light bollards. Rain garden improvements and landscaping. Coir log placement for wetland mitigation. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Whittaker Street Shoreline Project Pre-bid Conference No pre-bid conference will be held for this project. Technical questions shall be submitted on or before Monday, June 15, 2026, at 5 pm ET. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. To the greatest extent practicable, contractors are encouraged to purchase American made equipment and products with funding provided under EDA financial assistance awards. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A.
