The scope of work includes the 1-for-1 replacement of one natural gas-fired Bryan AB120-W-FDG flexible water tube boiler and three Trane Climate Changer indoor air handling units (AHUs). Contractors are responsible for the removal and disposal of existing units and the installation of new equipment in the existing footprints. All reconnections to gas, hydronic, and 208V/3Ph electrical services are included. AHU-3 motor size is field-verified at 1.5 HP. The boiler must be furnished in a Reverse Construction configuration. The office and breakroom mini-split units are excluded. All bid responses require proof of State Project Registration from the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity. Bid responses and attachments must be uploaded to SIGMA VSS. Contractors should submit a maximum of two attachments (each less than 25 MB): one for bid documents (Bid Summary, Bid Schedule, Bid Bond, Certification forms, Signature Authority, etc.), and, if applicable, the other for Qualified Disabled Veteran (QDV) information (DD214, Proof of 51% Ownership, and Proof of Service-Connected Disability). SIGMA VSS will not allow proposals to be submitted after the deadline. If electronic submission issues occur, contact the SIGMA Help Desk prior to the deadline. Approved emailed submissions must be received by the deadline to be considered. Bid Responses should not be emailed to the Project Director. 5% Bid Security is required.
