Description

Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in New Buffalo, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Technical questions shall be submitted on or before Monday, June 15, 2026, at 5:00 pm ET local time. "City of New Buffalo" ( Owner ) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project : New Buffalo Pedestrian Bridge Project The Project includes the following Work : Construction of a new 160 - ft long prefabricated pedestrian bridge adjacent to the existing Whittaker Street bridge over the Galien River , with new steel framed concrete boardwalks and new sidewalk to connect the bridge to the existing path . Construction will include driving steel - encased concrete piles and pile - supported abutment installation with temporary cofferdams with dewatering . Bids are requested for the following Contract : City of New Buffalo Pedestrian Bridge Project . Question Deadline 06/09/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Technical questions shall be submitted.
