Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in New Buffalo, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: Replacement of tertiary filters and associated pumps, valves, and piping; Replacement of digester cover with membrane gas holding system; Installation of a digested sludge mixer pump and associated valves and piping; Replacement of various sludge valves and digester piping; Replacement of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system including network cabling, control panels, and programming. Including all associated bypass pumping, demolition, earthwork, site piping, mechanical, electrical, controls, instrumentation, restoration, and appurtenances. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least one hundred twenty (120) days thereafter. Question Deadline 08/11/2026 at 5:00 PM ET It is the intent of these contract documents to be clear, complete and consistent. If Bidder is of the opinion that any portion of the contract documents is ambiguous, inconsistent or contains errors or omissions Bidder shall , prior to submitting its bid, in writing request Engineer to clarify that portion of the contract documents as an addendum.
