Renovation of a fire / police facility in Burbank, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The work consists of furnishing all labor to remove and replace eight garage doors, including supplying all garage door equipment, materials, and all associated construction work required to complete the project. Proposal forms are available through Novotny Engineering. Proposal forms are non-transferable and only Proposals obtained from and approved by Novotny Engineering will be accepted at the bid opening. Only qualified Contractors with proof of similar previous work may obtain Plans and submit Proposals. Contractors may need to submit a "Statement of Experience" with previous similar projects to qualify. All Proposals must include a Bank Cashier's Check, Bank Draft, Certified Check, or Bid Bond for not less than five percent of the total Bid amount. No Bid may be withdrawn after opening without the Owner's consent for sixty days. The Contractor must pay Prevailing Wages as required by law. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, waive technicalities, and accept the Proposal most favorable to the Owner.
