Bid Packages: 1. Acoustics/ Ceilings (Remove and Replace Ceiling Tile) 2. General Trades (L&M) 3. Painting (L&M) 4. Doors and Hardware (Materials Supply) 5. Specialties Supply 6. Epoxy Flooring (L&M) 7. Electrical (L&M) 8. Plumbing (L&M) Bids exceeding $50,000 must include 5% bid security. Bid security may be in the form of a bid bond or certified check payable to Temple Public Schools. For bids exceeding $50,000, the successful BIDDERS shall be required to provide performance, labor, and One-year warranty bonds or letters of credit, each in 100% of the contract amount, covering faithful performance of the contract and payment of all obligations arising thereunder. All prices must be guaranteed thirty (30) days from bid date. The Work consists of the following: 1. This is a Construction Management (CM) at Risk project. 2. The Work consists of the preparation and roof coating system with a 10 Year Warranty and bid packages for scope of work. 3. Each contactor is responsible for always keeping the job site clean. Each contractor shall be responsible for having the job site picked up from trash daily before leaving the job site. If the contractor does not police and keep job site clean; then the owner/construction manager will have job site cleaned and deduct the costs from the contractor's pay application.
