This is a requirement for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Emergency Water Damage Restoration Services at interior areas throughout Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB), Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), and Air Force Plant 42 (AFP42) in California. Services to be provided include extraction, debris removal, dry-out, cleaning, sanitizing, deodorizing, and anti-microbial treatments as needed for water-damaged areas. Offerors are instructed to review the Performance Work Statement (PWS), model agreement, and full service description found in the attached SF 1449. Proposals must include a signed SF 1449, a completed Attachment 2 - Approved Price List with unit prices, and any required information for Government evaluation such as DUNS Number, CAGE Code, company details, payment terms, and past performance records. Compliance with all terms, conditions, and technical requirements is required. Submission of pricing and completion of all required attachments is mandatory for consideration.
