Description

Paving for a mixed-use development in Milton, Vermont. Completed plans call for paving for a municipal facility and warehouse / distribution facility.

The Town of Milton is in the process of constructing a new salt storage shed to improve winter maintenance operations and protect salt stockpiles from environmental exposure. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the paving work associated with the new salt storage shed project, including surface preparation, placement of bituminous concrete base and top courses, compaction, and final cleanup.
