Sealed bids are wanted for the installation of an FB-Modified bituminous paving course. Each bidder must provide a bid bond by an acceptable surety, or a certified check made payable to Dickinson Township in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid, which must be submitted with their bid proposals. The successful bidder, when awarded a contract, shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds (with suitable surety), as specified in the Contract. The project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. All proposals must be submitted by mail or hand delivered to the Dickinson Township office and must be clearly marked with the contract name. Bidders must submit all required bid documents to be considered for the award of the bids. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. Dickinson Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
