The project consists of providing paving, FB-Modified & seal coat, and cape seal. The work includes 2026 Bituminous Paving with a scratch/leveling course and a wearing course, as well as a 2026 Cape Seal which includes a single bituminous seal coat followed by a Type II slurry seal. All materials and workmanship must meet the requirements and standards of PennDOT Publication 408. All work must be completed by August 21, 2026. Bonds: Certified Check required, 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
