Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Jackson, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
The contract shall be effective for a 12 month period beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027. The Bidder and its mechanics shall be licensed by the Louisiana Office of State Fire Marshal (OSFM) in accordance with LA R.S. 40:1664.1 et seq. The Bidder should include a copy of their license with their bid. Any bidder who fails to include a copy of the license with their bid must provide a copy to the Office of State Procurement within 10 business days of a written request. Failure to do so shall result in the rejection of their bid. Any questions regarding licensing should be directed to La'Nicka Albert with the Office of State Fire Marshal, at La'Nicka.Albert@la.gov.
