The work will be done under one prime contract that includes General, Civil, and Mechanical work. The scope of work includes obtaining the Department of Labor and Industry permit and scheduling all required inspections; providing a new 4-inch water service from the City watermain to the existing brine building and installing it by directional drilling; providing interior piping, a new City water meter, RPZ, PRV, and related appurtenances, insulating, hanging, insulating, and labeling the piping as non-potable in accordance with specifications; demolishing and removing pavement for drilling pits and restoring the surface to match existing pavement thicknesses using like materials; coordinating all earthwork with Archaeological and Tribal Monitors, as the work occurs in a culturally sensitive area; and providing traffic control, site security, and maintaining access to the truck station for MnDOT personnel at all times. Question Deadline 05/29/2026 Questions must be submitted no later than three (3) business days prior to the bid receipt deadline. Award is subject to final approval.
