Schedule A includes installation of a 14-inch seismic actuated valve at Oerding Heights with associated piping modifications, electrical requirements, and demolition of existing piping, as well as installation of a 10-inch seismic actuated valve at Knowlton Heights Reservoir with similar associated work. Schedule B includes repairs to the One (1) Million Gallon Oerding Heights and Knowlton Heights Reservoirs, including surface preparation, demolition of defective concrete, inspection of pre-stressed wire, application of mortar, shotcrete, concrete, and other repair materials, installation of exterior coating and access ladder at Knowlton Heights Reservoir, and repairs to the spillway at Rink Creek Reservoir including surface preparation, demolition of delaminated concrete, crack and construction joint repair, and application of mortar on interior walls. Schedule C includes removal of approximately 22,000 cubic yards of sediment from the eastern arm of Rink Creek Reservoir, demolition and replacement of three slide gate valves at the Rink Creek concrete intake structure, and installation of a new floating dock at this location. Bidders are instructed that the project sites for Schedule A are the Oerding Height Water Reservoir and Knowlton Heights Water Reservoir, for Schedule B include the exteriors of Oerding Height Water Reservoir, Knowlton Heights Water Reservoir, and the Rink Creek Reservoir spillway, and for Schedule C is the Rink Creek Raw Water Reservoir.
