Renovation of a mixed-use development in Wilmington, Delaware. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Construction services include tuckpointing work at the Wilmington Veterans Administration Medical Center. The contractor shall provide all tools, labor, trades, materials, permits, licenses, travel, and supervision necessary to complete the tuckpointing project in accordance with the specifications, applicable codes, VA policies and standards, and the terms of the contract.
