Sth 121 E to Ush 10 E The pavement and structures need treatment to extend their service lives Perpetuation project to resurface approximately 10.88 miles of USH 53 from STH 121 to USH 10 in Trempealeau County. Design an anticipated 2" mill and 2" HMA overlay. Additional work includes structure rehabilitation work: concrete surface repair and fiber wrap girder at pier on B-61-0058, foam and plate construction joint on C-61-1821, and replace drop inlet walls and apron on C-61-0013. Work also includes resurfacing pavement, repairing or replacing parking blocks, and repairing or replacing wood posts at scenic overlook 61, gravel shouldering, guardrail rehabilitation, clearing, edge line rumble strips, pavement markings, utility casting adjustments in the City of Osseo and in the Village of Pigeon Falls, and any other items necessary to complete the work. Project also includes Standalone Curb Ramp Improvements Program (SCRIP) funded approximately 43 curb ramp replacements from Park Avenue north to 9th Street in the City of Osseo under a separate construction I.D. 1630-00-82. Resurfacing work will be completed under traffic using single lane closures with flagging operations. Bridge work will be constructed using a single-lane road with temporary signals.
