Base Bid. Asphalt Pulverizing and Paving. The work includes approximately 750 LF of centerline feet of roadway and includes, concrete curb and gutter spot repair, existing asphaltic pavement pulverizing, grading and shaping for asphalt pavement, asphalt paving, and pavement marking on the following street section(s): Indiana Avenue (River Road 0 Oak Street) and Illinois Avenue (Bowman Road - Vine Street). Asphaltic Chip Seal Coat. approximately 350 LF of centerline feet of roadway and includes, concrete curb and gutter spot repair, asphaltic pavement patching, crack sealing, and asphaltic chip seal coat on the following street section(s): Illinois Avenue (Cedar Street - Church Street). Approximately 750 linear feet of 8-inch resin impregnated cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining and reinstatement of approximately 4 lateral connections. The anticipated substantial completion date is 10/16/2026 and final completion date is 10/30/2026. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% of Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, or an electronic Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. If after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The minimum wages to be paid on the project shall be in accordance with the wage rate scale established by local wage rates.
