Site work and paving for a road / highway in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway.
The Project includes asphalt pulverizing and paving for approximately 750 linear feet of roadway, including concrete curb and gutter spot repair, existing asphaltic pavement pulverizing, grading and shaping for asphalt pavement, asphalt paving, and pavement marking on Indiana Avenue (River Road – Oak Street) and Illinois Avenue (Bowman Road – Vine Street). It also includes asphaltic chip seal coat work for approximately 350 linear feet, concrete curb and gutter spot repair, asphaltic pavement patching, crack sealing, and asphaltic chip seal coat on Illinois Avenue (Cedar Street – Church Street). Bid Alternate A consists of approximately 750 linear feet of 8-inch resin impregnated cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining and reinstatement of about 4 lateral connections. Instructions to bidders: Proposals must be accompanied by bid security payable to Owner in the amount of 5% of Bidder’s maximum bid price in the form of a certified check or electronic bid bond by a qualified surety. If the bidder fails to proceed within 15 days, the bid security will be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after opening. Minimum wages must follow the established local wage rates. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids.
