Site work and new construction of a road / highway in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a road / highway.

The Project includes the following Work: Base Bid : The work includes approximately 1200 feet of utility installation, and 1000 centerline feet of new roadway construction including excavation and roadway grading, rock excavation, sanitary sewer, water main , concrete curb and gutter, concrete flatwork, asphalt paving, pavement markings and signing . An additional approximate 400 feet of directionally drilled water main installation outside of roadway. Bid Alternate A. The work includes approximately 250 feet of additional water main via directional drilling under USH 13 to N Frontage Rd. Bid Alternate B. The work includes approximately 650 feet of watermain installation and approximately 70 square yards of roadway patching along N Frontage Rd. Roadway and utility extension project including excavation, roadway grading, rock excavation, sanitary sewer installation, and water main installation. The project involves extension of South Frontage Road between S. Frontage Road and Stony Acres Dr., Project work includes sanitary sewer utility work, water utility work, storm sewer, electrical conduit and street construction. The sanitary sewer work includes Adjustment of existing manholes, Manhole installation and sewer main install. The water utility work includes 8-inch , 10- inch, and 12- inch ductile iron water main , directionally drilled 12 HDPE water main , fire hydrants, valves, services, fittings, and connection to the existing water main. Storm Sewer Work includes new inlets, HDPE storm sewer, storm inlet castings, endwalls and rip rap. Electrical conduit will be both 4" and 6" HDPE conduit and will be installed by both horizontal directional drilling and open cutting. Conduit material will be provided by the City of Wisconsin Dells, so this work will be install only. The street work includes traffic control , erosion control , clearing and grubbing, unclassified excavation and grading, new dense graded aggregate base course, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, asphalt and concrete driveway, asphaltic street surface, pavement marking and turf restoration. Bid Alternate A is the scope to directional drill the watermain to North Frontage Road ditch line. An Electrical Conduit bore along the same alignment will be included . Bid Alternate B is the scope to install new watermain along North Frontage road and connect to existing Watermain. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required.
