The Base Bid work includes overlay of the following sections: Orchid Dr and Subdivision, covering Orchid Dr (Pell Lake Dr north to Termini, including Lotus Rd and Mallow Pl), Anemone Rd (Orchid Dr to Termini), Larkspur Rd (Orchid Dr to Termini), Marguerite Rd (Orchid Dr to Termini), Golden Glow Rd (Orchid Dr to Termini), Narcissus Rd (Orchid Dr to Termini), Woodbine Rd (Orchid Dr to Termini), Aralia Rd (Orchid Dr to Termini), Marigold Rd (Orchid Dr to Termini), Sundew Rd (Orchid Dr to Termini), Alder Pl (Orchid Dr to Crocus Rd), Crocus Rd (Mignonette Rd to Mangrove Rd), Mignonette Rd (Crocus Rd to Termini), Mangrove Rd (Crocus Rd to Termini) and Ridge Rd (CTH B to the South approximately 2500). Major items include 4,750 TON of HMA Pavement, and 1075 TON of Base Aggregate Dense for shouldering, with additional items including preparing asphalt butt joint and traffic control. Additional Bid #1 includes 1,035 SF of Asphaltic Patching at various locations. Bidders must submit a completed Bidders Qualification Statement form in a sealed envelope with the bid. A full and complete list of all proposed Subcontractors and the class of work each will perform must be submitted. The Contractor and Subcontractors are required to furnish a Certificate of Insurance. Only bids accompanied by a Bid Bond equal to 5 percent of the bid will be considered. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the proposal deemed most favorable. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
