Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Lewisburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call civil work for a municipal facility.

Construction of two masonry sign columns and planters with cast-stone architectural caps, including minor drainage, landscaping, and electrical work. The last day for contractor questions has been extended to 3:00 PM on May 22 , 2026 . All questions must be submitted in writing . Email questions to Kelly Estep , PLA , at kestep@chaptech.com . Only answers / clarifications provided by Addenda shall be binding as part of the contract documents The Contract Time for Substantial Completion is 60 calendar days. Provide all work for the installation of two brick and CMU columns/planters with cast-stone architectural caps. The columns/planters will provide a location to mount a custom sign. The sign and its installation are not included in the contract. The contract work also includes ground mounted flood lighting, foundation drainage, and minor landscaping. Project Locations: Location #1: Municipal Water Plant 2539 Stone House Road Lewisburg, West Virginia Location #2: Public Works 279 Intake Road Lewisburg, West Virginia Bonds: 5% Bid Bond.
