Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway, sidewalk / parking lot and water / sewer project.

The project includes installation of approximately 10,000 linear feet of reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) storm sewer, storm sewer jack-and-bore railroad crossing, precast storm manholes, box structures, and storm sewer inlets. Work also includes installation of sanitary sewer and associated manholes, water service and sanitary lateral offsets, installation of 8-inch and 12-inch PVC water main, valve installation, and water main offsets. The project also includes full-depth removal and replacement of concrete pavement in roadways and driveways, full-depth removal and replacement of asphalt pavement, curb and gutter removal and replacement, sidewalk and curb ramp removal and replacement, site restoration, erosion control, and traffic control.
