Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Paving of rear parking lot to include full depth milling, surface milling, stone and asphalt placement, and grading. Asphalt should be graded to flow away from buildings and into existing storm water structures. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid Amount, made payable to Cumberland Township. The Contractor, upon notification of Intent to Award, shall provide the Owner, Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the total Contract amount,as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance. Cumberland Township, as the contracting owner, reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, or portions thereof, and alternates, to select individual or both components of the base bid, or to waive any irregularities. Event Bid date Notes : All bids shall be sealed and plainly marked "Cumberland Township Rear Parking Lot Bid." Proposals must be submitted on the forms furnished by the Municipality.
