Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Fairview, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Bids are invited to supply and perform the following materials, equipment and work: Installation of approximately 1,192 lineal feet of 8 inch diameter PVC sanitary sewer line, including precast concrete manholes, sewer laterals and other appurtenant and restoration activities on portions of Avonia Road (State Route 98) and Water Street. Each bid must be submitted on the bid form provided in the bidding documents and accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified or cashier's check or bid bond with corporate surety payable to Fairview Township Sewer Authority in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid price. Bidders are advised that Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates are applicable to this project. Doc note: Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons whose name and address are on record as having obtained the Contract Documents. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Owner in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Owner in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Owner as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening
