New construction of a municipal facility in Scenery Hill, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.
Sealed Bids for the construction of the North Bethlehem Municipal Building and Garage will be received. A 10% Bid Bond is required to execute the agreements for the Project. Prevailing Wages will be required. Addenda, if any, will be issued only to those persons who are registered as having obtained Contract Documents. All addenda will be issued to the email addresses provided by bidders. Delivery confirmation to the email address will constitute receipt of the addenda by the contractor. It is the contractor's responsibility to check their email addresses at appropriate intervals. Any questions regarding the project must be sent via email. Questions will not be answered via phone calls during the bid stage. Incorrect or incomplete information could disqualify a bid.
