Performance, Payment & Maintenance Bonds Are Required By The Successful Bidder. The Borough Of Duryea Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All Bids Or To Waive Informalities In The Bidding. Bids May Be Held By The Borough Of Duryea For A Period Not To Exceed Forty-five (45) Days From The Date Of The Opening Of The Bids For The Purpose Of Reviewing The Bids, Prior To Awarding The Contract.
