Renovation of a multi-residential development in Duryea, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Each Bid when submitted must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty which shall not be less than ten (10%) percent of the amount of the Bid, as hereinafter specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond. Bond Companies must be listed in the U.S. Treasury Circular No. 570. Successful at online. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of the Bids, without consent of the Owner. Housing Authority of the County of Luzerne Barry Yohey, Executive Director The project has 100 air conditioning units to be replaced, material only.
