Site work and paving for a road / highway in Duryea, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Following Items Of Work As Follows: Maintenance & Protection Of Traffic, BASE Repair, Milling, Leveling, Wearing Courses, And Miscellaneous Pave Related Work. Bid Security In An Amount Equal To Ten Percent (10%) Of The Total Bid Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid, In Accordance With The Instructions To Bidders. Performance, Payment & Maintenance Bonds Are Required By The Successful Bidder. The Borough Of Duryea Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All Bids Or To Waive Informalities In The Bidding. Bids May Be Held By The Borough Of Duryea For A Period Not To Exceed Forty-five (45) Days From The Date Of The Opening Of The Bids For The Purpose Of Reviewing The Bids, Prior To Awarding The Contract
