Renovation of a municipal facility in Middlesex, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Contractors are invited to bid on the Vermont State Archives & Records Administration (VSARA) Electrical Distribution Upgrades for Buildings and General Services at 1078 US Route 2 in Middlesex, Vermont. The work includes the replacement of the existing uninterruptible power supply (UPS), including all circuit breakers, wiring, panelboards, and associated demolition of the existing UPS and associated wiring. The project also involves reworking existing branch wiring to be fed from new panelboards, as well as the factory start-up and commissioning of the UPS along with Owner training. All bids under this RFP must be submitted electronically in accordance with the submission requirements. Electronic bids will be accepted via email submission to BGS.VTBids@vermont.gov. The subject line of the email submission must reference the Project Title as indicated on the front page. Any vendor requiring clarification or wishing to comment or take exception to any requirements of the RFP must submit specific questions in writing, with the project title in the subject line. Any comments, questions, or exceptions not raised in writing on or before the last day of the question period are waived. Notifications, releases, addendums, and official project documents are to be obtained from Blueprints, Etc.
