Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Nephi, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of removing approximately 150 feet of 18 inch and replacing it with 24 inch sewer line. The project also includes installing 2 new manholes, and by-pass pumping the sewer while the main line and manholes are installed. The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for construction of the chip seal project; consisting of the following items of work: mobilization; obtaining all bonds andinsurance; removal of all dirt, debris and vegetation on all roadways designated to be chip sealed and fog coated; installation of chip seal coat materials with fog seal on the roadways specified by the Nephi City Streets Superintendent. The approximate quantity of chip seal and fog coat is 720,000 sq. ft. of various roads. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. Question Deadline 06/12/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The work for this project will need to be completed between July 13, 2026, and July 31, 2026.
