The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and other items and services necessary to conduct a comprehensive inspection and repair of any identified leaks on the existing roof of the Pease Building at USCG Air Station Port Angeles in Port Angeles, Washington. Bidders must submit quotes electronically, with a complete submission consisting of three parts: 1) A completed and signed Standard Form (SF) 1449 including the total firm-fixed-price bid; 2) A detailed Price Breakdown (not exceeding one page) covering removal and disposal of existing hoses and components, materials and installation, electric/level winding fuel hose reel systems with weather tight stainless steel enclosures, electrical work and system integration, labor hours and wages; 3) A Technical Proposal (not exceeding two pages) demonstrating understanding and ability to meet the Statement of Work (SOW), including technical approach, list of major materials and equipment (with manufacturer and model number for hose reel systems), and a high-level project schedule showing major milestones from the Notice to Award through completion. Do not submit extraneous documents, marketing materials, or generic cover letters; only provide the specific information requested. Incomplete submissions may be deemed unresponsive and ineligible for award.
