Renovation of a military facility in Port Angeles, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a four-room military facility.
Provide all labor, equipment, material, transportation, supervision, services and items necessary to procure and install one new heat pump and four associated indoor mini-split units to provide independent and adequate temperature control for four crew duty rooms in the Pease Building at USCG Air Station Port Angeles, WA. The contractor must perform an electrical system capacity review, inspection, and report, initial performance testing, component adjustment and balancing, thermostat and control verification, final performance verification and report, and site cleanup as part of the project. Bidders are instructed to submit a complete quote consisting of a signed SF 1449 with a total firm-fixed-price bid, a detailed price breakdown not exceeding one page that separates major task costs, and a technical proposal not exceeding two pages with a step-by-step technical approach, a list of major materials and equipment including certifications, and a high-level project schedule showing key milestones from notice to award to completion. Do not submit unnecessary documents or promotional materials; submissions with extraneous materials may be considered nonresponsive. Quotes must be submitted electronically and comply with the specified instructions.
