Site work for a religious / funeral development in Sturgis, South Dakota. Working plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development.

Repair of sprinkler system pumps and motors at Black Hills National Cemetery, including providing all management, supervision, labor, equipment, materials, parts, and tools necessary to remove, rebuild, and reinstall three pumps and three motors. Work includes full disassembly, mechanical and electrical inspection, cleaning, refurbishment, balancing, reassembly, testing, and painting of components, as well as transport to a qualified facility for refurbishment. The contractor shall inspect site conditions, submit an inspection report with findings and recommendations prior to work, obtain all required permits, and ensure all services comply with National Cemetery Administration standards. A crane is required for removal and reinstallation, and all work must be completed during winter months when the sprinkler system is not in use, within 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
