Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform construction services for the Pharmacy Hood and Cache Upgrade project. Work includes relocating an existing Pharmagard negative pressure total exhaust sterile isolator bench/console and accompanying exhaust fan, installing all required ducting, and providing a new appropriately sized package HVAC unit to meet airflow, air-change, and negative pressure requirements. The project also includes construction of new office space in Room 101 with installation of partition walls, drywall, paint, and doors. Additional work involves relocating the pharmacy cache to Room NW12 and performing required upgrades, including installation of a compliant secure door, physical access control integration, intrusion detection systems, wall repairs, closure of an existing doorway, replacement of a nearby fan coil unit, ducting installation, and ensuring required air-change rates. Work shall include all architectural, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and security-related components necessary to deliver a fully functional and compliant system, along with phased execution to support ongoing facility operations.
