Provide scheduled preventative maintenance, repair, and testing services for emergency generators and automatic transfer switches (ATS) at various amperages (100A through 1200A). Inspect and service fuel systems (excluding fueling), check for leaks, and drain water separators if equipped. Perform semi-annual checks including corrosion inspection, priming, and painting as an identify and provide quote situation. Conduct annual checks to inspect and replace hoses and clamps as an identify and provide quote situation. Perform out-of-year checks including turbocharger gasket and seal changes, battery replacement (two per generator), and temperature regulator replacement as part of the preventative maintenance. Cycle ATS contacts off-hours to verify operation. Contractors must be qualified and authorized to work on all listed equipment and have access to necessary proprietary software. Contractors are to include an allowance of $1000 per piece of equipment for upgrades, replacements, and repairs not otherwise specified, to be utilized under identify and provide quote situations. All work must adhere to the Wage Determination 2015-4019 as provided.
