Construction services are required to relocate a portable Pharmagard negative pressure total exhaust sterile isolator hood and its accompanying exhaust fan, including installation of all related ducting, a supplemental negative-air exhaust fan, and a newly installed package HVAC unit to meet requirements of 12 air-changes per hour and continuous negative differential pressure in Room E127. Work also includes converting waiting Room 101 into two office spaces by installing new partition walls, drywall, paint, and doors. In addition, the project will relocate the pharmacy medication cache from its current location to Room NW12, requiring upgrades such as installation of a new compliant hollow metal door with forced-entry resistance, integration with existing physical access control and intrusion detection systems, wall repairs, permanent closure of an adjacent doorway to meet security distance requirements, replacement of a nearby fan coil unit with associated ducting, and ensuring the cache space achieves required air-change rates. The work will be phased to prepare and occupy the new office space, complete ductwork installation, and perform cache upgrades concurrently.
