Construction of Soumas Avenue from Nolan and Carney Drive to approximately 2500 feet north of 150th Street. Construction includes approximately 2700 feet of 9 inch PCC pavement generally 31 feet wide back of curb to curb, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, watermain, sidewalks, curb and gutters and other items pertinent to construction. Sealed proposals for the work comprising the repair or improvement as stated must be filed before the specified deadline in the office of the City Clerk. The City of Perry Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or technicalities in any bid, and to enter into such contract, or contracts, as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City of Perry.
