Notice is hereby given that the South Central Transit Authority (SCTA) is requesting qualified firms to submit proposals for Bus Shelter Cleaning and Light Maintenance Services. The requested services will be performed for bus shelters located in the City of Lancaster and the surrounding areas in Lancaster County, PA, and for bus shelters located in the City of Reading and the surrounding areas in Berks County, PA. SCTA reserves the right to postpone, accept or reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, or to waive any and all informalities or technicalities, as it deems to be in its best interest.
