Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Saint Joseph, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
This project consists of interior and exterior renovations to the St. Joseph Community House. Interior renovations include new handicap restrooms, new HVAC and fire sprinkler systems, and new interior finishes. Exterior renovations include a new handicap ramp, new asphalt shingle roof, and new exterior finishes. Bids must be prepared in strict compliance with Section 00 21 00 Bid Compliance (2 CFR 200) issued by the architect. The Corporate Resolution must be signed and sealed. The Owner cannot waive any informalities on the bid form and reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause in accordance with Louisiana Revised Statutes. Contractors may withdraw a bid by affidavit within 48 hours of the bid opening for obvious, unintentional, and substantial mechanical, clerical, or mathematical errors. Bids remain subject to acceptance for forty-five days after opening, unless otherwise agreed upon. Any interpretation of the bid documents must be requested in writing at least seven days before the bid opening. Question Deadline 06/22/2026 Any interpretation of the bid documents shall be in writing addressed to Waycaster-Dungan Architect & Engineers, PLLC, Email: Johnny@WaycasterDungan.com and to be given consideration must be received at least seven days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. No communication after this date.
