Sealed bids are requested for the construction of the Long Creek WWTP Comprehensive Rehabilitation. Bids must be submitted to the specified office by the indicated deadline. Bid package documents are available for download. There will be a pre-bid conference, recommended but not mandatory, followed by a site visit to the wastewater treatment plant. The Project consists of a major rehabilitation to the 12.0 MGD treatment facility generally consisting of the following: Structural Modifications to the influent pump station Conversion of two aeration basins from floating aerators to fine-bubble diffusion Conversion of two aeration basins to equalization basins A blower building with three 300 HP blowers Two 90-ft diameter secondary clarifiers Two 90-ft diameter aerobic digesters A digester blower building with three 250 HP blowers A sludge dewatering facility Various other plant modifications to accommodate the new treatment system Significant electrical improvements
