Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Albemarle, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This is a request for Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing design-build services for the US52 Transmission Main Replacement Project. Firms are required to submit their qualifications in a sealed envelope, including seven bound, printed copies and one USB flash with the proposal in PDF format. The SOQ must bear the submitter’s name, address, and the statement "Statement of Qualifications enclosed" along with the City solicitation number: DB RFQ 2026-01. It is the sole responsibility of the Offeror to ensure delivery according to the specified instructions. The Owner reserves the right to reject any SOQs not submitted properly. The SOQ must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the instructions provided. The submittal process and requirements must be carefully followed.
