Renovation of an educational facility in Albemarle, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
SCC is in search of a designer for the Patterson Building Roof Replacement project. Patterson was constructed in 1975 and has a gravel roof, most recently replaced in 2003. The roof of this two-story building is roughly 22,940 sq. ft. The project will include the full removal of the current roofing system. Roof to be replaced with either a Thermoplastic Polyolefin roof system (TPO) or FiberTite roof system. Proposing firms must submit a Letter of Interest and a copy of your current Standard Form 254 (SF 254) with the information package. The Letter of Interest should not exceed ten single-sided pages or five double-sided pages plus the SF 254. The submitted information package should not include any notebooks, binders, tab, clips, etc.; the format should be 8-1/2" x 11" pages stapled in the upper left-hand corner. E-mail and Fax submittals will not be accepted. In order to offer architectural, engineering, or landscape architectural services in response to this solicitation, the proposing firm must be properly licensed to practice Architecture, Engineering, or Landscape Architecture in the State of North Carolina.
