Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to install new kitchenettes at Building 2903 (Room 125). Work includes installation of a new ceiling suitable for kitchen use, upper and base cabinets, countertops, and backsplash, as well as a new sink, garbage disposal, and drinking fountain. The contractor shall perform all associated plumbing work above the ceiling and below the floor to the basement to support the new sink faucet and waste disposal systems. Work also includes installation of a new range hood with through-wall exhaust duct and vent, a new electrical panel, and all required wiring and conduit. Additional tasks include wall repair and painting across all three levels to ensure proper integration of the new installations. All work shall be completed in accordance with contract requirements and applicable standards. Location: Fort Bliss Installation, El Paso, TX 79916, United States.
