Description

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Cochrane, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The contractor shall: - Conduct a site verification of the existing pump and related piping, electrical and control systems. - Safely remove and dispose of the existing high-lift, including disconnection from piping, electrical and control systems. - Supply and install a new high-lift centrifugal pump, including motor, base, and necessary fittings. - Integrate the new pump with existing electrical and SCADA/control systems. - Obtain all required permits and approval (electrical, mechanical and municipal) -Perform testing and commissioning, including performance testing, vibration analysis and system integration verification. - Restore the pump room to its original condition, including cleanup of debris and removal of excess materials.
